    I had a great time during my city trip! The hotel is super convenient, connected to a mall with plenty of restaurants and a fantastic food court. The pool and spa facilities were definitely a highlight for me as they were really nice and relaxing. Plus, the room was spacious and quiet, which made for a peaceful stay.

    There were some downsides. Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning; I found cups and glasses we used weren’t cleaned properly. Lastly, the buffet breakfast could use a little more variety.

    I loved the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. They were the perfect spot to unwind! The staff were great, especially a gentleman in the lobby who ensured every guest was well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was an amazing deal, with a fantastic range of choices to start my day off right.

    I had an very nice stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were pretty good, especially in arranging our transport. The location next to the shopping mall made it super convenient for meals and shopping, and the facilities, like the pool and gym, were enjoyable for my family, especially during the rainy weather.

    Completely flawless experience; couldn't ask for more!
